    We waited over 2 month to get this fridge love the look of it. we were very excited to use the family hub we finally got it in yesterday we got it set up we let it cool down overnight went to work came home with some food to stock it up notice the screen is pixelated. Called Tech support after waiting an hour and doing some trouble shooting they are send a tech out on a brand new unit. This is insane.

    Order it and I really bad problems getting it delivered i cancel, right after 3 attempts smh

    The first one got delivered and the water dispenser and ice maker didn’t work. The second one got delivered and the ice maker and water dispenser worked perfectly but the front bottom panel had a dent in it. Now I have to take off work again and wait on the third one to be delivered.

    The only thing i dont like about this fridge is there is no ice dispenser. But to us that is major.

    I am an elite plus member writing this review. Please DO NOT buy refrigerator from BestBuy. If something goes wrong, as in my case, you will NOT be able to write an email to their customer care because they don’t have any! You will have to call them each time and explain everything over and over again and have to wait unusual amount of time over the phone. The representatives will have no idea due to lack of continuity,

    My refrigerator has gone out already ! I just bought my refrigerator on May 18, 2022. The refrigerator and freezer went out and all of my food has spoiled. I’m so disappointed. I paid almost $4000 for this piece of junk . So mad right now!

    Bought this lovely looking refrigerator for the technology and the large interior. Within 2 weeks the water and ice stop working. Still waiting on a replacement. Hopefully the replacement with be better.
