Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks pretty but is completely unreliable, unless you consider 5 years a reasonable lifetime for a $4000+ appliance. 2 months ago we had the icemaker repaired for around $450. Annoying but not terribly unusual. Since then, we've tried to get the rest of it repaired, as the freezer failed first then the "flex zone". Unfortunately ours is unrepairable. No compressor repair, no sealed system repair will fix it. We have no option other than to scrap it and buy something else. This does not feel like good value for money and it does not feel like good product support. 2/10 not recommended.

Difficult to get ice from ice maker without dropping ice to shelf below - no guard on back of ice bins to keep ice from falling over back edge when bins are full. Have to be very careful to avoid pushing ice cubes over the back edge when getting ice from the ice bins.

However, biggesr disappointment gas bedn that the compressor broke down or died for no reason and now i have to buy new one! The ice maker broke intially followed bt the raising temp in freezer section ( 70 degrees!) and finally the compressor started to leak some kind of gas which eventually made thd entire refrigerator cooling system go down!!!
