I've heard about issues with ice makers on the Samsung fridges. But right now everything is working adequately

We got a super great deal on what was originally a $4,000 refrigerator but only paid $1,170 after finding it available at an open box discount + weekend promo + cash back rebate. The dual french doors are great and the Family Hub feature is basically a large tablet attached to your fridge; something we use & enjoy on a daily basis since delivery.

So far so good. If it lasts as long as my last one, I will give it an extra star. Very spacious, only issue (for me) is I had my last Fridge for 20+ years so I was use to how those shelves were set up and had an extra crisper drawer. So it is just taking some time to get use to it and the new configuration. Love the beverage center. Wish they would have made door handles along side of the doors as I am already noticing stuff will drop into the handles on the freezer doors. The family hub is awesome. Love it!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. I love the setup. I love the hidden water station and auto fill pitcher. The two different sizes of ice is very nice, we did end up removing the top pieces of the ice containers to prevent the ice from getting pushed back and out of the containers when those pieces slid across. The family hub is perfect for keeping all of families activities organized.

My kids are in all with this new refrigerator,the wife loves it.

Just received my Samsung 4-Door Flex Smart Refrigerator and am very impressed. Total Tech folks did a great job setting it up. The choice of 2 types of ice is wonderful and water filter works like a champ. Having a "wireless interface" gives me many options for managing music, recipes and world news all from the refrigerator.

Alls good as of now havent had it long enough to scrore quality.

The only problem was with the technicians. When they proceeded to hook up the water line the brass fitting was stripped out. They didn’t have any in their truck and I had I go purchase one and hook up the water line myself. After I had purchased the water line kit with the purchase of the refrigerator it didn’t have all the parts that had supposed to come with it.

i bought one to replace a Samsung refrigerator that I bought 3 years ago and had a lot of problem s with the Ice maker. Samsung replaced the ice maker and said they have had a lot of problems with this Ice maker, well it worked for some time and then quit making ice again. Samsung said there was nothing they could do! So I replaced it with this one ,The ice makers are in the bottom freezer and I GOT ICE AGAIN !!! LETS SEE HOW LONG THIS ONE LASTS !

Love it Gives the home an up to date feel. Freezer could be a little bit bigger though.
