I love my new fridge I need to play more with all options so I can figure out what I can and can’t do . Spacious the door doesn’t slam comparing to the log 4 door I love the beverage center .. I didn’t activate the ice feature since I get from all reviews that it can brake the fridge ..

Overall the fridge is awesome. I’m a tech geek and just seeing that big screen when I pass by the kitchen is awesome. However to be honest I hardly ever use it besides to just fiddle with it when I’m bored. This is mostly because I always get logged out of all the music apps and have to sign in every time I want to play music. It’s annoying and hope it gets fixed with an update. Also, when I first got the fridge I could not see the interior camera on the app. After searching through forums I found a person complaining about this who was replied with a workaround solution. Since then I believe the issues has been fixed with an update and now does not require a workaround. That’s the good thing that keeps me from leaving a lower review. It gets update pretty frequently so if any issues arise I always have hope they get fixed and so far not all but some have been fixed. I also gets new features. Recently it added Alexa assistant to it. Something it didn’t have when I purchased it. If you’re a tech geek like me get this fridge no doubt. However, if you’re not tech savvy or don’t like to fiddle around troubleshooting devices really think about the purchase as you may have to do this once in a while.

Best refrigerator ever! I've been looking at this model for awhile. Finally pulled the card out and got her home. Even after ywo weeks, I'm still finding new features and wow factors obout it. Beat Buy Ever!

This refrigerator work so good it’s just a perfect

Love the look and functionality of the fridge. The family hub is amazing l! The features are super fun, like photos and music. The best feature is the grocery list, we literally speak to the fridge and tell it what we need to add to our shopping list

The beverage center is a great advancement -- a pitcher of cold water AND an individual dispenser is great. The flex zone gives us a wine fridge built in to the main fridge. And, the ability to scoop ice is like a professional bar. It's great!

Great fridge! We love all of the features and the actual refrigerator/freezer work great! We especially like the beverage center. The only negative we hace so far is tge so-called fingerprint resistant finish. It is not resistant at all.

So far so good. I originally went into the store looking for a KitchenAid since I trust the brand. I was told by the tech who serviced the broken refrigerator that was conveyed with my new home purchase to stay away from Samsung especially those that feature the Family HUB due to the fact that if the screen fails the entire refrigerator will stop working. However, I needed a refrigerator ASAP, since I had been using my wine fridge to store items for 3 weeks. I walked in and this brand new still wrapped in plastic and Styrofoam unit was priced for $1995…. I couldn’t beat that price my fridge retails for close to $4500 here at the time I purchased it.

The Family Hub screen is really convenient; works with our Ring doorbell and my wife has used the Pinterest integration for recipes. We also enjoy the flexibility of the fourth compartment.

This refrigerator we bought, is the best we ever had. The auto fill water is fantastic! The two different sizes of ice cubes are neat. These are just a couple of things that were a surprise when it came to it's new home!

I like the refrigerator very much. Besides the typical refrigerator features, I liked the screen most which I use it play videos, songs, and have enabled it with my ring camera. Very useful

I know this is a spendy unit but we love it, the family hub is really what brings it all together. We were worried the freezer wouldn't be big enough just on the left but it is very roomy

love my fridge. super cool features. too many to list here. ice works great, love the smaller ones for biting. app control and alexa work great with my ring, moen.

I was confused because the first day the refrigerator made two differents kinds of ice but the next 3 days didn't work well I have visit and i went to buy ice but now the ice maker is worki g very well,

I love this refrigerator! The freezer across the bottom French door has slide outs and drawers so your items don’t get lost. I like having the water pitcher and dispenser in the door.

We were upgrading our Fridge to get more space than our old fridge and we are extremely happy with this. We don’t like to use Freezer a lot so the FlexZone on Right down helps us a lot.

Terrible refrigerator. DO NOT BUY. the apps are very limited and you can only download ones it provides to you. None of the apps are ones you would actually use. The TV pairing works 1/2 the time. The water pitcher doesn't always refill itself. It works some of the time but hardly at all which defeats the point of having it. Storage space is very limited for how much space this fridge takes up. Skip and get something better!

Mine came delivered with a clogged water line. Had personal plumber fix it and Best Buy refunded me the repairs. It’s been a month now and so far it’s amazing. Water does not come out cold tho but has 2 types of ice.

4 floor flex is by far the best refrigerator. Flex zone makes so easy to expand when needed. Only thing missing though is gourmet ice maker.

I love this refrigerator very spacious and well lit. It meets all our needs. The hub is an added bonus because you can view the content of the refrigerator without opening it.
