Samsung Smart 4-Door Flex Refrigerator

Access to beverages without opening up the refrigerator door is great. The ability to use the flex compartment for either freezer or refrigerator is a great. Since it has temperature control, I use it for produce that is kept fresh longer at the set temperature. The freezer compartment has 2 sizes of ice cubes.

Great Product - Lousy delivery

However, I was totally dissatisfied with the delivery. The delivery men plugged it in, hooked up the water, and left. They put in none of the shelves and did nothing to connect the electronics. They didn't even turn on the switch for the water. I had to call Samsung to get help on setting everything up and turning on the water and ice maker.

They made me happy. We are enjoying this Samsung appliance. My door size is smaller than this fridge and I ask agents can you deliver this fridge from back door and bring it inside, they said “ yes no problem, we can do that” those words made our day :)

Very nice, very large refrigerator

We use the lower right compartment as extra fridge space. The only drawback is the ice is in the left lower space, and has to be scooped out. Otherwise, this fridge is awesome. The connected screen shows the contents of the fridge, calendars, forecast, live streaming channels, etc.
