I wish they let you install more apps especially YouTube. I like to be able stream music to my bluetooth speakers without having to use my phone and was hoping I can use the fridge for streaming music but having to use the browser to go to Youtube sucks! Overall the fridge itself has been great so far with no issues.

So far, so good. Love the way this refrigerator looks. We had to wait a while for it to be delivered and the first one had a scratch/dent on it, so we had to wait for a second delivery. But we like it and the kids love using the touchscreen to leave messages, play music, etc.

Love this refrigerator, including how it is organized, the internal cameras, and the screen. I give it 4 stars because 1) the speakers of the screen are not good at all. I initially hooked my Alexa to the refrigerator, but the sound quality was not good, so I signed out and use the Alexa hub instead; 2) screen is not the easiest to navigate. Samsung could have made this more user friendly.

Love the size and ease of use fit perfectly with no issues

We thought having freezer doors instead of a freezer drawer would eliminate digging through the freezer compartment for items. However, it was difficult for older family members to kneel down for access. The drawer was easier for all, not just the senior family members .

I only have my refrigerator a short period but so far I am very happy with it. However, I am still somewhat struggling with the WiFi/Alexa part of the door. But eventually I hope I will learn all the functions, too. In the meantime I know the refrigerator can do more than I can!

I bought this fridge just over a year ago, and several applications have came up with an "End Of Support" date. I am very upset that we paid extra for the Family Hub yet it is not being supported with new or even updated software to make it worth having it. I could have bought a $20 white board instead.

I found the interior design it’s not the best. The top shelf is to high and narrow. So I only have two useful shelves . Also my previous Samsung has a drawer that I use a lot for cheese, ham, butter; this one doesn’t have anything and the space on the doors it’s not enough. The futures on the Hub are cool , but still learning.

Fridge is beautiful and works great. Giving it 4/5 starts only because the corners and sides had some dents in them from shipping. The shelving was easy to install and looks really nice and there are plenty of shelves to place items on. The home hub part can be a little confusing at first but set up went smoothly with the samsung app.

We love the ability to convert one of the lower doors to freezer or refrigerator. Having 29 cubic feet is awesome. The water station/beverage station is great. And we love the one screen apps and functions.

This refrigerator is so good at style and keeping things organized. Freezer section with shelves makes it awesome. One of the bottom quadrants can be converted to a freezer or refrigerator as you desire. Great product from Samsung.

This refrigerator does moderate cooling that does not cause damage to vegetables and fruits as well as cooked foods first and not cooked. I saw a big difference in keeping all the foods inside. Donut Love

Connection with net help you to access the inside of your box 24 hours a day, fill it with your stuff while still you are in supermarket. Listen to music and watch the YouTube, life is great with new TECH toys.

Love this fridge. It has deep shelving. Also the freezers and having them at different temperatures is a good feature. The ipad features are ok. Not many apps and not using them like we thought we would.

Love the modern take on the fridge. The hidden water compartment helps give it that sleek design. My favorite feature has to be the camera in the fridge. I can see what items I might need from my phone, when I go grocery shopping!

This is a very good refrigerator. You will need to get used to opening doors since it doesn’t have handles but once you get used to it, pretty good refrigerator. Cooling is even and keeps Fruits and vegetables fresh.

Love this fridge the water fusion pitcher is amazing along with the 4 doors. I got so sick of a pull out bottom drawer this thing rocks. Still learning the computer side of it but from what i have done so far its amazing

Delivered. Hooked up. No leak. Left by blaming Covid. :) Nothing shown how it works. Kept drinks on the bottom right section and everything exploded, because that section is set at freezer mode. Wish they taught us how to operate and how the refrigerator works.
