Great Product efficient and technologically advance - beverage area outstanding - best refrigerator I had had over the years

Refrigerator is fantastic - lot of space and very little wasted space, unlike others. The water jug has been a useful addition to our meals; we spend more time at the table and less time running back to the fridge for more water. The screen is fun for the kids, and has a ton of really interesting apps including one where if you tell it what you have, it'll come up with interesting recipes that you can make. Always fun at 6am when I come downstairs and it tells me to make a breakfast that will take 1 hour :) The bottom section for us is two freezer sections. It definitely feels a little smaller than a pull out drawer freezer, but it does force us to be far more organized. The ice maker is also quite powerful and we always have a ton of ice ready to go. Some of the phone apps take a little time to setup, including the Samsung app to see inside the fridge from your phone. Once setup though, it's pretty cool - not a need, but definitely a nice parlor trick. Overall the fridge itself is a 4.5 star fridge. Only negatives are that it's pretty expensive and it does not resist fingerprints as well as some other brands. We clean it pretty regularly and that keeps it looking brand new; it's better than our old fridge, but we have other appliance brands in our kitchen that do a better job with fingerprints The other reason I dropped this to four stars was because of the horrible delivery experience we had. Best Buy's delivery team showed up at our home 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled window without a courtesy call, and then proceeded to tell my wife that they were going to leave since we weren't "ready for them" (the old fridge wasn't fully emptied out). As she rushed to empty the fridge, she asked them to confirm they could take the old fridge to the basement. They did not measure any doorways and flat out refused to do it, saying they would only move it to the garage. In the meantime, I rushed home from work (again they were 30 minutes early and hadn't called, so I had no idea if they were going to be there right on time or if we were later in the delivery window) and saw them in the driveway. They proceeded to demand that I remove the handles off of the old fridge and remove the front door to my home by myself so they could bring in the new fridge and take the old fridge to the garage. Throughout the remainder of the delivery, they complained that they were running late to their next deliveries because we weren't ready for them and that they should just leave the new fridge in our garage and not deliver and install it properly. They threw a piece of paper on my kitchen island, took a few pictures of the installed fridge, took the old fridge to the garage, and left without a word. Totally inconsistent experience with what we've had for other appliances in the last 12-24 months with Best Buy.

It’s really nice and it’s BIG!! The beverage center water pitcher is a big plus especially when your trying to fill containers and measuring cups. The two sizes of ice is nice. The family hub is awesome and more I learn to use it the better it is.

So far it has been an amazing upgrade to our home. It chills adequately and makes good use of our space. Our lil ones love having their "kid fridge" as the flex zone. We have a large deep freezer so limiting the freezer space to 1 door is perfect as a quick grab and go. It did take almost 48hours to maintain the ice trays but is now fine. We also have it running on our R/O system and were happy to learn we didnt need to buy a blank cartridge as it automatically bypasses the filter when removed.

My wife and I were looking for a solo refrigerator, no freezer attached. We have a large stand-alone freezer so we wanted just a refrigerator. Unfortunately, stand alone refrigerators are prohibitively expensive. The Samsung 4 door flex allows us to use three out of four compartments as refrigerator space. It was a good compromise for us. Plus, this unit is attractive and has a ton of features. I also must say the Best Buy team from sales to installation was first rate. Best Buy has really stepped up there game.

Beat refrigerator I have ever had hands down!!! The fact that I don’t have to hear the ice machine and I don't have to keep wiping the very slow drip from the front door ice maker and water dispenser is amazing. I love the fact that I don’t have to see the water dispenser in the outside and that I can just open the door and pull out the pitcher of water or put muy glass under the inside water dispenser. I have two sizes for the ice and I can just scoop it out or take the whole thing out and dump it into a bucket if I wanted to. The ice is located at the bottom of the freezer on the left hand side. I can leave my family notes in the am on the screen or watch tv while I am eating breakfast or put music on to entertain my guests from one of the many apps it comes with. It is very spacious and I can fit an abundance of things in this refrigerator. The freezer is organized and I can pull out the drawers if I need to reach something. My other refrigerator had a basket on the top and then one big empty space at the bottom where everything would get literally get lost, lol. You can even see what items are inside of your refrigerator if you swipe down on the screen. The app u install for it let’s u know if the door is open too long. It send notifications to your phone. I really could go on and on and on but I would be here all day, lol. Best fridge ever!!!

I love this refrigerator. It has so much storage and it looks amazing. I love the two ice feature and the family hub is so much fun. My family loves it.

You will not regret this purchase!! My family and guest absolutely needed the refreshment sections. Perfect for family & Pet owners, with two dogs and a cat we go through water very quickly. We use to have to fill in several Brita water pitchers for our pets. Most times we would be forced to use sink water for them, running out of time to wait for the water to filter. One our dogs got sink from contaminated water. It was hard to find the root cause of it since dogs get into just about everything. This refrigerator really provided a healthier living for all family members. Pros: Self-refill water pitcher, refills quickly!! Perfect for cookers and pet owners. Large food capacity, smart tv, endless smart future settings, adjustable freezer or refrigerator settings depending on family size, adjustable refrigerator shelves. Cons: Ice maker does seem to overflow. I would recommend to get coverage on this fridge. Overflow of ice can cause the appliance to get clogged creating leak issues. To avoid this make sure to level the ice tray, every time after use. Not a deal breaker and can be avoidable, with proper care. Shelves on the doors are not adjustable. LOOOVE THIS FRIDGE!!!

What a great sexc Fridge very very highly impressed from the techs.. I really wanted the black stainless steel but the issue with that is it doesn't go well with my reg stainless steel in my kitchen.. This one matches everything.. That I have already... The much more roomy and spacious that the counter depth and overall cheaper for more space ! Paired with Smart Things app is a no Brainer.. Samsung knows tech very well and they have the cutting edge features that makes heads turn and does a great job..

Over all great fridge. Family hub is a game changer. Kids love it. Great speaker, and the beverage center is sooo clutch when entertaining and keeping hydrated. An always filled pitcher of cold water will encourage water drinking. Had it for 6 months. No issues

Fridge is amazing and got a great deal as this one was open box. Had a ding on the door but for the price we got it was a steal. replaced my old family hub fridge with this one and love the ice maker in the freezer old one was not working. think they fixed the ice maker issue by putting them in the freezer. Space is great and works great.

Absolutely love this refrigerator ! I never run out of ice , the water pitcher always cold and filtered for my dogs. I can actually fit all my frozen foods including pizza! I think the best fridge I’ve ever had and that’s coming from someone who had a subzero raising all my kids.

Only reason i got it was because it was $2049.00 the capacity is great, autonomy of having two freezers or one is great! The tablet screen is really cool and very practical, youll be amazed. Original price is way too expensive for me so goodluck.

This fridge is wonderful. The doors are perfect and the screen is easy to use. Music on the kitchen and space for all your groceries with a camera when I'm shopping so I don't have to find someone home to see if we need milk. I love this fridge.

I love that the ice automatically refills when it scenes I've used some. Water picture refills in mins, I was able to watch the Seahawks on the screen and cook at the same time.

My family decided to purchase this refrigerator after reading reviews and specifications on the model. Our requirements were accessibility for a person in a wheelchair, smart integration, ice maker, and water dispenser. We'd also seen the integrated self filling pitcher and, as a family that goes through a lot of filtered water, this is a must have. The fridge is really accessible. The fact that you can customize the flex zone so, if you don't need the freezer space, you have more room for fresh food, is amazing. This has the added bonus of adding accessible room for a person using the fridge from a seated position in a wheelchair. The pull out shelves and ample door storage in the freezer and flex zone add to the accessibility of this model and really make it a fridge everyone can use. The pitcher is a bit cumbersome for someone with fine motor impairments. It can take some effort to remove and put back. The pitcher is small enough that it's not too heavy, but large enough to fill even a large sports bottle. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient I've even used it to fill my cats' water fountain. With the water pitcher being an option, we don't use the water dispenser often, but it does a good job of filling water bottles at a reasonable speed. The ice maker produces enough ice even for our large family. I feel like, unless you're entertaining regularly, you shouldn't run out of ice. The scoop that's included is cumbersome and there's no ice dispenser because of the change in design (the ice maker isn't in the fridge its in the freezer) It wouldn't have cost Samsung much to have included a better ice scoop and it really would improve usability. Smart home integration is adequate. There are functions you can't do on the hub of this fridge that are available on even a low end echo show. I feel like, for the extra money you spend for the family hub, Bixby /Alexa functions should be more extensive and user friendly. I primarily use smart home functions to monitor my doorbell, turn lights off and on, and set timers for cooking and those work fine. Though, at times, the echo dot from my bathroom will hear my commands and my fridge will not. There is a camera inside the fridge which, in theory, will tell you what the contents of your fridge are and recommend recipes. Maybe this works for other people, but it absolutely did not work out for me. At times it was funny to see how comically wrong the fridge was about its own contents. The camera view inside the fridge also isn't stellar and it's hard to see things to the side and impossible to see items in the back. This option could be excluded and no one would miss it. Overall, for the price I feel the quality of workmanship could have been improved. Our initial unit was missing a wire and the door release button did not function. I'm on my second unit and hope we do not have continuing problems. Overall, if you want a fridge that anyone in your home can use and you have tolerance for a hiccup here and there, this is a good fit.
