Fantastic appliance! I never thought I would buy a wi-fi appliance. I am glad we did. Very spacious. We love the ice maker it is very convenient.

Great fridge with plenty of room. Love the two different types of ice, beverage center, flex freezer-fridge section and the family hub center.

This was a replacement for an LG fridge that had a faulty compressor. Luckily we purchased the Geek Squad protection plan and Best Buy replaced our LG. We were able to pick out this new Samsung and so far we are not disappointed! I love the ability of using the bottom right section as a flex zone (either freezer or fridge). We are currently using it as a fridge zone. I love the dual ice makers. It makes ice fast and consistently. The always full in door water pitcher is great! We always have great tasting cucumber water or citrus water using the infuser. Set up was a breeze and the technology on this this is amazing! It has 3 cameras so you can see inside the fridge from anywhere. Hooking it up to the Samsung SmartThing's app is a must! That was also easy on my Pixel 5. We haven't used the shopping list because we use Google for that. IMO, the only drawback to this device is that it came with Bixby which we don't use and Amazon Alexa which we don't use either. We were able to hook up our Nest Thermostats and Hello doorbell though. You can play music through the Fridge as well. We use Pandora and the sound is pretty good. The Family hub is customizable with a ton of options and you or the kids can leave "sticky notes" for each other. Overall, we are very satisfied with this Samsung! It cools very consistently and is quiet. 2 Things that are a must for any Fridge. If you are in the market for a new fridge and like technology and features, you wont go wrong with buying this!!

Love how spacious this fridge is! I can fit two whole 12in. pots on the second shelf with enough room for a gallon milk cartoon and 1 liter juice bottle. The only little issue I have is with the ice maker. The ice all piles up at the back of the container and freezes together. So getting ice requires a little bit of work but nothing stressful. The LED did turn off randomly one day for a few hours but restarted on its own and has not had any other issues in the 1yr of use.

We go this on scratch and dent and were a little wary based on our bad previous experience with a Samsung fridge. The fridge arrived almost perfectly! Only a couple small dents that are almost impossible to find. The family hub was easy to set up and the calendar is extremely useful!! Being able to write notes to the rest of my busy family is also a huge plus!! The beverage center on the inside gives the fridge clean lines while still being very practical. Overall this is a great fridge!!

Purchased to replace my previous Samsung fridge since my ice maker was having issues. Hoping the best with this one as the ice maker is in the freezer section as it should be. Looks great and is easy to use the hub. Its definitely pricey but the features and flexibility are worth it. Time will tell on this one if it can last longer than my previous Samsung fridge which was just at the 3 year mark.

The refrigerator stands out in my kitchen. It is the most modern on the market. Through it we can control everything in the house. Spacious and its compartments are very well distribute

Can't be more happy about this refrigerator. Very roomy and organized. Lots of ice to utilize. Never empty water jar is more than convenient! Love the screen as well as the speakers. No more boring days in the kitchen!

Hands down the best refrigerator I’ve owned. Great space, temperature options and love the French door freezer & flex zones. The family hub is an added feature that loses connection with the smart things app every now and again, but it simply great to pull up menu ideas and recipes

Very spacious and the four door options seems to work. The flex fridge option is grate as it allows you to choose multiple cool settings. The panel is great but the apps are very limited. Can't load chrome or any other apps. My concern with this is how long will it last before it stops updating. Knowing samsung, 2 years max perhaps. The question would be: now what.

Samsung wasn't at the top of my list to buy, but this was a $4000 fridge that I picked up as a floor model for $1400. Along with a 5 year warrantee, you can't lose on that deal.

We bought this refrigerator to give the kids their own entertainment space since they love to hijack the TV, especially when they’re in the kitchen. I also use it to watch my favorite shows, and we absolutely love it! It has worked perfectly since we purchased it, and I hope it continues to do so. Additionally, cleaning is incredibly easy—stains come off with minimal effort.

I love this refrigerator. It has solved the ice maker's old model problems. The dual ice makers are in the freezer and are easy to access, and have more ICE! And I love the flex zone area!!! So happy we selected this model for the replacement of the old model!!! I love that the water dispenser is compacted in the left door and hidden. 2 types of ice, giant cube, and smaller cubes. Makes lots of ice. How is impressive this hub!!! It accommodates my Alexa, cameras, the door lock, YouTube, radio, and internet. All in one, what a fantastic idea. No handles created space in the kitchen. Best fridge ever and my favorite investment. This fridge is the best thing that we bought. There's a crisper cabinet that flexes to meat/fish so that those products stay at a good 37°F. It's simply amazing, and if you can afford it, it's worth buying and worth your money.

I love this refrigerator and would recommend it. The frig has a lot of room and lets me know when I'm running low on certain items. My children love listening to music and watching their shows using the family hub center.

We had to replace the water resavore even though it should been replaced by samsung under the warranty but they kept making us go through the same steps over and over so we just did it ourselves. Otherwise we love the fridge.

I love my Samsung fridge. The hub is awesome it does everything:) I wish I had another kitchen:) I’d get another one. Best Buy Concord has it all, and the staff Michelle, Jay/z Devon and Alex are fabulous.

I love the function of the fridge. The water pitcher is the bomb! However, the fingerprints drive me crazy. You cannot touch this fridge without leaving a mark. There are several dents in it already just from moving it. It dents really easy, be careful!

Replaced our contractor grade with this beauty… we had an older version in the house we sold before moving to Florida. Love the technology and the whole smart house aspect of its system … and looks great
