Easy to install. The sound is better than previous sound bar I had that cost twice as much. I’m purchasing a second one for my other tv.

The sound is very good. We were very frustrated when it stopped working. We worked for hours to try to get it to work again, thinking we were just not tech savvy enough to figure it out. As it turns out, it must update at times and you have to unplug it and plug it in to make it work again. The customer support person was wonderful and easily walked us through it.

Good alternative to a surround sound system for those wanting better sound than provided by the TV speakers at a reasonable price.

The sound and ease of setup are top notch. I have a Samsung q80t tv paired with this soundbar which may have made the setup easier. The sound quality at all volume levels is outstanding. This bar has muscle. My only disappointment has been the inability to have the Qsymphony option available, an option Samsung says will be listed in the sound settings on the tv, it isn't.

Great sound almost sounds like a theater. The next best thing to sound sound. I hooked it up to a LG TV with no problem

This Samsung product is an excellent match for our Samsung QLED 4K tv. Easy to install and easy to use. The sound and subwoofer capabilities greatly enhance the sound normally provided by TV speakers alone. Our purchase was aided by very good product advise by the Best Buy "Blue Shirt" that assisted us in our purchase decision.

Caught this on sale and am very impressed as this replaced the only Sony bar I had in the bedroom. Dolby Atmos is now available to me via Netflix and other services. Have it connected via the eARC port to my TV. Definitely more of a 3D sound than my old bar, and dialogue is very clear. Hoping a firmware update fixes the current lack of LPCM support.

The soundbar is working great. It is so nice to be able to watch TV without the up and downs and having to regulate the sound several times during an hour. As a side note,.. this was an open box purchase. We were informed the Geek Squad had checked it out and found it worked perfectly. We recently had it change settings = unsure what caused it. The Geek Squad was able to advise us on how to reset it and it is working perfectly again.

Great solid sound bar! I had purchased a Q70R recently and it was giving me problems, appears that the unit had a known issue with locking up stuttering that even a software update didn't fix. So I returned it and got the Q70T instead, it's a newer model and it's been since, I haven't had the freezing and stuttering sound. Now to get the surround sound speakers for this unit. A bit on the pricey side for just 3.1.2 surround sound.
