Sound is good for movies. Hate the woofer. The sound doesn’t always match up with the lip movement on the show. If I turn tv off & back on, it corrects. I would not recommend this.

Have had the soundbar for about a month and no complaints about the set up, functionality or performance. Immediately made hearing TV sound so much clearer, especially voices. Integrates with Samsung Q80T TV seamlessly. Remote has an uncluttered button arrangement. Subwoofer connection is solid. An all around very nice soundbar set up. However, if you're wanting to shake the house with bass this isn't for you. Our typical TV listening volume is about 10-18 ticks up the volume scale. The sound is well balanced. But bass doesn't begin to be really noticeable until volume is at about 25-35 or higher. Now if you're watching a movie with a good Dolby soundtrack that helps but still not an overwhelming bass. For the Black Friday sale price I considered this a good value. I don't think I would have purchased it at suggested retail because of the lack of bass. But we have a home theater set up for room thumping bass so lack of room thumping bass from the soundbar was moot.

Superb sound and seamless integration with my Samsung QLED Q80T eARC TV, until it seamlessly un-integrates. Occasionally, the sound from the speaker bar itself quits and only the subwoofer remains active (sounds like the TV is being played through a tuba with a towel in it, about 1/2 mile away). Only remedy is to power the sound bar off/on. It has done this a few times and Samsung tech support says the HDMI cable is to blame (even though it was provided in the box with the sound bar). After this "diagnosis" they refused to send me a new cable, but relented when I pointed out how dumb it was to tell me their brand-new equipment was defective, and then not replace it. He took my info, and I never received anything. Deducting one star for the malfunction and another for the unfulfilled "remedy."

I was looking to replace a 5 year old Bose system because it can't pass 4K. I have a lot of Blu-ray's and some 4K movie's, I tried 3 different sony systems the latest Ht-g700, all the Sony's were very quirky and the sound quality was not that good, but I was comparing them to a $1500 Bose, I did try yamaha and vizio also, I wasn't happy with those either. I wanted to try one more time with this system. This was easy to set up, I installed the app, when using Disney+ dolby atmos appeared on the screen, when testing several movie's I noticed the sound bar was missing something, the sound was better than the other sound bar's I tried but not as immersive as my Bose, so I decided to get the rear speaker kit and the sounds came alive, my wife even commented on how good it sounds. Unfortunately with out the rear speakers I probably would have returned this. Others have mentioned that the rear speakers don't stay connected, no problems here.

I am a bit hearing impaired, so our Samsung TV's speakers were not sharp enough for me to hear voices clearly. I tried the Q60T, but as soon as we set it up I realized I should have gone for the next model up, the Q70T. It's exactly what I needed! It is easy to set up, but I find it works better with the optical cable. I love this soundbar. The best one we have had.

Sound bar it self has good sound quality but feels lacking in bass since the sub woofer is 6". Also dolby atmos doesn't feel like it should have been in some other soundbars i have listened. The problem which made me return the sound bar is the audio delay when connected to my laptop. It takes around 2 to 3 seconds to start the sound when a video starts or when i seek the video forward or backward, doesn't matter if the video is on youtube or netflix or prime.. the lag is every where when connected to a laptop. But if you are buying it for a TV I would recommend buying it when on sale at 399$ which is what i bought it for.

Got this cause my old samsung sound bar was starting to go bad. Price point wasnt bad so i picked it up. After some trail and error with getting it set up it worka amazingly. Comes on with the tv, bluetooth is smooth, bass and sound is great

Purchased because of Dolby Atmos, returned because sound quality. Pros: Price $399 with a Sleek Design and light weight. Easy to setup. ARC and EARC compatible. HDMI 4K Passthrough. Cons: for a 3.1.2 channel the sound quality is bland/vanilla. Dolby Atmos is a great marketing feature, but never really lives it to its advertising. I watch several movies with Atoms and wasn't impressed at all. When the Atmos speakers did kick in it was bare minimum. You never get the full immerse as advertised. When watching regular TV like the news this bar was clear but empty. I took it right back after a few days.

I enjoyed the sound quality, the speech was clear and the bass shook the place. I had audio cutout and had to return it, which best buy took care if no problem. Mine was an open box item, so I don't have any complaints.

I bought this as an open box. The product itself is great. But it was missing some accessories. It didn’t come with the brackets to hang it up or an HDMI cable. I wasn’t worried about the brackets because I wasn’t hanging it up anyway. I used my own HDMI cable.

This has great sound and was very easy to install.

Very good sound system. Not the easiest to get hooked up to the program. Atmos works very well on movies/shows with Atmos, when not, the sound isn't any better than cheaper systems. Bass is more than enough, and gives every show a good sound.

My husband absolutely loves this! He’s been wanting his soundbar for a while now and I surprised him for Christmas. He loves EVERYTHING about it! After months of research on different types of soundbar I knew this was it! I got it on sale for Black Friday for 1/2 off and I still can’t believe how amazing our living room sounds!
