We had some initial problems with the sound bar sincing with the TV. The Sales Associate at Best Buy gave us some tips on fixing the problem. After changing some cable connections, the sound bar works flawlessly with the TV. We're very happy with the sound quality and overall looks of the unit.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung K850 Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with sound performance.
A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

The sound quality is amazing everyone ask me if there’s more speakers somewhere else. All the compliments I get is how it sounds like they’re in a theatre. This is the best surround sounds I had and they’re also more wireless speakers if you want to purchase them. I don’t have them but I’ll tell you what you won’t be disappointed

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this after out old model 850 expired and couldn't be repaired. we looked at both Bose and Sonos and because of the network ability to our existing speaker bought this. we love it very full sound in a huge lofted living room. i'm not a fan of how some options only work for soundbar only and not when connected to other network speakers. Good soundbar
