    I have always been a bose aficionado, until this particular soundbar came along. The wall of complex sound literally blew me away. It met and sometime exceeded the best of similar bose and other high end units and saved a minimum of $600. Enough said??

    Great sound from the sound bar. Voices are very clean and clear. Sub is nice though could be a bit deeper. Overall I would buy again

    Great sound in the loft apartment

    I purchased this as a gift for my son who lives in a one bedroom loft with 20 foot ceilings and exposed brick walls. The upfiring speakers on the sound bar really fill the room. He is absolutely loving his first hi fidelity sound experience for both movies and music.

    Without giving up on the soundbar hunt I found this product. I have to say that I am glad I went with this bar. The sound in my living room that is open to the kitchen travels very well. With the Atmos technology it helps a lot. I would recommend this to anyone.

    Works great. But Bluetooth skips when playing songs. Tried diff devices and standing in diff places but it skips during song play.

    I was looking for a quality sound system for my 55 in tv. The room is 18 by 42 feet and tends to echo. This unit not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I now have quality sound throughout the room with good high and mi-range sound and great bass.

    I'm a musician and audiophile, so I wanted a really good system for my master. It's in the basement, so I can crank the music without disturbing the neighbors. The Atmos system definitely works, I could tell the audio improved itself over time. Nice!

    Soundbar sounds great in my opinion but Samsung has not released Dolby atmos arc pass though from tv to soundbar

      Please know that the request for Dolby Atmos through ARC is not related to the Soundbar, but to the source device. Please make sure your TV can pass through Dolby Atmos signals to the Soundbar.

      Alternatively, you can make your Soundbar play Dolby Atmos content by connecting a capable device -- such as a Samsung UHD Blu-ray player-- to the K950 via HDMI. When an Atmos soundtrack is played back from the source device, the Soundbar light will illuminate blue and display “Dolby ATMOS” on the Soundbar screen. Also please check the external device you are using as it may require additional steps to pass Dolby Atmos – for example, if using a Samsung UHD Blu-ray Player, the UHD Blu-ray Audio setting need to be changed to “Bitstream (Uncompressed)”.

    I haven't tried it yet because I want to get the new Q75-9F tv but I will review it after I set them up together for the first time. I was told this item works well it a limited space so it should be fine. I'll get back to you soon.

    Great sound system if you have the right TV

    This system was excellent in the store. When we got it home, we had problems installing it. We bought it to improve the sound quality of our TV so of course we wanted to run the TV through the sound bar. However, the quality of the sound didn't even compare with the sound in the store. We specifically asked about running the sound through the TV, so we are disappointed with our purchase.

    First Time soundbar user.

    I was afraid to stop using my old system but I love not having all the clutter. I still may purchase surround speakers. I have very high ceiling and lose some of the old effects that i had before. Also need to turn up the individual speakers in bar.

    I bought this Samsung Sound Bar with Subwoof in August 2017. When I got home, I hooked it and couldn’t believe the quality of the sound. I turned the volume up and the volume level was playing low. Instead of the sound being clear; it was muffled. I took it back and bought a Bose Sound Bar 300 with the Subwoofer.

    This is a wonderful speaker for our very large room. With the proper input the sound is incredible. If you are just using an antenna, then the sound is poor. A great Blu-Ray DVD provides great sound! Would recommend to a friend.

    I have listened to this soundbar each time I went by the Samsung display showcasing it. The soundbar was like none other and I couldn't wait to purchase one. I couldn't, at first, due to the price. Now, price and all, I know it's worth it.

    What you aren't told is in order to get the sound that is heard in the store is that you have to have a 4K DVD player that plays movies recorded with Dolby Atmos sound. Otherwise the sound produced from other movies or regular TV programs is as good as most surround sound systems. There are movies available but not as many and they are pricier. I believe the system is ahead of its time.
