Great sound, but have not figured out Dolby function. The instructions and internet instructions are minimal

It’s alright! It lasted us a year and couple months before we had to start blasting it to hear it!

this soundbar sounds clear and precise. make sure remotes are synced so only 1 remote is needed for volume change.

I bought this sound bar with a "matching" 4k tv on to find out i needed a "matching" 4k DVD player...i bought so samsung cause Samsung quality just has a superior well designed feel. So here is what I learned after 6 months of having this system set up. I had it set up all wrong! I ran my dvd directly to the tv and allowed my tv to feed my sound bar. All the remotes worked and everything to function as designed. This sound bar sounded so good that I thought I had it set up properly. I noticed my dvd would flicker as if the cable was subpar or something. So one night after doing some reading and trying to figure out why I had this random unexplained flicker when playing dvds I found out few excellent tips I felt the need to share. 1. This thing has wifi....set it up!!!! 2. Samsung has an APP that you can download to play music via wifi which makes a better connection than Bluetooth...such as IHeart, Pandora or Spotify 3. If you already mounted the speaker and cant the back to enable the w ifi, just hold the "UP" arrow on the sound bar remote for 5 seconds and it will enable wifi mode 4. App controls the equalizer function and inputs as a short cut 5. There is also a software update that can only be downloaded from the app. The update enables DTS 5.1 sound, which is a bonus. It also allows the volume to max out at 100 instead of 50 6. Now here is where it gets good...you need to plug the 4k DVD player into the sound bar and then you're in the game. 7. With your dvd player plugged directly in the sound bar Dolby Atmos will display in the led when it's recognized as the audio format. 8. There is a blue led in the right corner that also turns on when you are in Dolby atmos. After struggling with a "professional" setup and get bits and pieces of info from best buy and the installer I finally have some of the best cinematic sound you can get out of this sound bar. The volume tremendously changes when playing dvds and with the volume on just 30 it's amazing..volume on 40 and its just spectacular the amount of sound detail and the pumping bass vibration you get. The subwoofer is supremely matched to This system. I would wholeheartedly recommend this unit now that I figured out how to set it up. Also when you now turn on the dvd player it auto switches input and back when turn off. And the reason I started all this was the dvd flicker totally gone....appear to have been that the tv was not sending/receiving data on the arc fast enough and was flicking. Dolby Atmos movies are the real deal! Sincerely, a newly satisfied buyer!

Wish it let me hook up wireless head phones without muting the sound bar for my wife to hear at lower volume setting. Good for small room and wish I had the room set up to have rear speakers for surround sound! Good center channel.

This soundbar simply is amazing. I use to have all of the surround speakers and with this clean solution you dont need them! The sound is amazing and makes movies "pop". Great for big sporting events too!

Good speakers. Was disappointed that the rears are wired to the sub. Was looking for a completely wireless setup

We purchased this after not liking how the tv sounded. It made a drastic improvement, even the commercials dont sound obnoxiously loud. It really adds to the overall viewing experiance. Well worth the price.

I got the samsung soundbar on sale with the TV. It sounds really good and is wireless. Has 6 speakers. It is next in line with the Sony I almost bought with extra speakers. For the price it was worth it.

Treble is very clear, and the bass is pretty deep. There’s some very low frequencies the sub won’t pick up, but that’s mainly in music. It’s always right on for movies adding great depth to the dramatic sounds.

Great sound for a bar, easy to customize parameters for different situations. Makes movie watching a blast

Only drawback is Dolby content is hard to come by. It’s average for regular tv watching.

From the great bass in the subwoofer, that is. The sound in the Samsung Atmos sound bar system is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Paired with our 78" 4K screen, it's really like a night at the movies.

The sound bar is a good complement to the big screen TV , at some point I may add surround speakers .

The clarity is amazing on this sound bar but if you're looking for bass this is not the one for you.

My first sound bar arrived saturday with a defect. Best buy volunteered to come out and replace the soundbar next day, on a Sunday! Thank you Lance and Eddie for making my Best Buy experience so much better!

Very pleased with my purchase! Although a bit more expensive, I feel this sound bar with wireless sub surpasses my expectations giving my family a theatre like experience with limited space and equipment
