But the sound is often still mediocre. Women's voices come across as tinny, even with treble settings turned down. Bass is good but not great. And one can NOT add a second woofer to the system. Very expensive for what you get. Disappointing, but acceptable.

Set up was so easy it paired quickly with other devices. My only big complaint is the subwoofer is weak. The upfiring speakers are also weak. I have a nine-foot flat ceiling but atmos height sound is almost non existent. At least this has eArc port.

He asked a LOT of questions, understood my room, placement of product, etc., and realized I needed a 'front firing' sound bar. Introduced me to this one, explained why it's best for my room and it's been perfect. Still playing around with sub placement but that's just a me thing.

Has pairing issues every once in a while and I have to unplug and plug it back into the power source to sync back up. Also, it has sync issues with the tv. The soundbar will broadcast the sound/voices before it happens on the tv.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q700A and sharing your experience with audio delay. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
If connected to a 2021 Samsung TV, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address any lip sync or audio delays that may be occurring. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
