Used in a room where rear speakers aren't in the cards and does a better job filling the room with sound than the prior 2.0 soundbar. But of course it still doesn't do the job of a full home theater system, but your mileage might vary, especially if you pick up the optional rear speakers.

It greatly enhanced my listening experience for the TV. especially the center channel making the voices much more clear then on the TV speakers. The bass was also a big improvement. I thought for the price point it was a very good investment. It was easy to hookup.

I wanted that “earth shaking” movie theatre vibration while watching movies. I went through about 3-4 different sound bars, and couldn’t get the results I was looking for… with this sound bar I can get that with the volume set between 25-30… sounds like I’m at the movies!

I dont necessarily like soundbars, but bought this to simplify things as opposed to my receiver. The sound and vocals are def good. It could use a little more base, but if your an android person with the smartthings app and a samsung tv, this soundbar makes life easy.

My husband researched the issue and came to find out that we needed a second hdmi cable. Problem has stopped and sound is perfect. Sounds like we’re in a movie theater

Fantastic Soundbar

Great soundbar. Used to replace my older Sonos soundbar and could not be happier. You can plug your HDMI streaming stick right into it to avoid Audio Sync issues and get the 4k + Dolby Atmos sound.

I chose to connect to my Samsung Q60A with a HDMI cable. Sound quality is fantastic and the bass is deep when placed in the right enclosure to act as an additional box. For the price of this Soundbar, the sound clarity is pretty awesome.

Gets really loud but clear. Bass is ok,nothing crazy. Comes with remote and can be connected to Wifi and controlled by Alexa and others. I got it Open box and saved almost 50% but even at retail price it is worth it!

No issues once all was connected. Have had this now for a few months and no problems. Highly recommend if you have a compatible TV set. I thought a little on pricey side but solid product.

Subtracting a star because setup was a pain and the instructions absolutely sucked. I finally found something online that helped. But the Samsung installation instructions were abysmal.

Not incredibly loud but that’s not what I wanted. It comes with a nice remote but once it was set up I just used my existing Samsung tv remote which turns it all on along with the tv and controls the volume like normal.

The reason for 4 stars I needed to add sound system for about $400. I also was hoping for a system that can increase the vocal prat without increasing the background music, and it does not do that. But still great system.

It just would not stay connected with EARC.... Then one day it connected via wifi and the next day it wouldnt. I talked with Samsung Tech several times and we would eventually get it working but it was unreliable at best. The power and bass were good. The q-symphony on the Frame 2021 was more of a gimmick. Thankfully BB took it back..... I honestly noted that there was a stack of these that had been returned.

Good sound, could use more bass

Using the HDMI ARC, utilizes the TV speakers as well for a fuller immersive sound. My only complaint is that the subwoofer doesn't have the punch of my previous sound bar / subwoofer combo.

Wish there was some way to see the adjustment settings on the TV screen because we have to stand just a foot or two in front of soundbar to see the setting. Just had to download the user manual to learn how to adjust the treble and bass

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q700A Soundbar. We appreciate your feedback regarding connection issues you are experiencing with your new Samsung Soundbar.
When attempting to connect the soundbar to the TV via the included HDMI cable, please check the following things:
1) Check whether the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the ARC terminal.
2) Connection may not be possible due to the connected external device (set-top box, game machine, etc.). Directly connect the Soundbar.
3) HDMI-CEC may not be activated on the TV. Turn on the CEC on the TV menu. (Samsung TV: Home > Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) ON)
If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
