    Sound excellent for a center speaker operation. Surround, stereo and Dolby pretty non-existent without extra speakers. For example, right and left channel separation is marginal. I cannot hear above 10,000 Hz but from there down to 40 Hz sound is good. Setup impossible without on-line manual.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q700A soundbar and for sharing your detailed review. We value your feedback regarding the sound performance of your soundbar.

      You can try manually optimizing your audio experience by pressing and holding the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

    This product is nice and slim but after 60days started not tow work. We returned it, we would have ordered the same thing but it was not available so we received a credit and will get a different sound bar. The store was great in helping with the issue
