Thank you for your review of this Samsung HW-Q700A Soundbar. I am glad to hear you are enjoying the overall experience provided by your new soundbar. We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the bass performance.
Please know there are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level between -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

Frustrated

It worked for one month, then would not power on. Samsung directed me to send it back to them for repair. I spent hours packing it to prevent damage, sent it back. Upon return, it has worked okay for 6 months until now. Now it won't stay powered on, and will not connect to my Samsung TV. Samsung is now asking me to take it to an authorized service center nearest to me. I will try another repair, but now am doubting that this product will ever work properly.

Voices don't line up to picture and Tunnel affect.

With the eARC connection the voices do not line up with the video even after setting the delay to zero. Optical and wireless connections are worse. TV is the QN90A which I was sold was pretty much as high end as you can get. Also, all the voices sound as if in a tunnel, or in a tin can, so you get that weird echo affect. Returning, don't know what else I can do here but maybe return the TV too. Outside of that, physical quality is great! Audio quality is awful. Value is "worthless", Ease of use is......don't know how to judge that one.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q700A Soundbar. If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
Your Samsung QN90A TV has a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue.
On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
