It's nice that it has a built in HDMI port since it uses up a port on the TV. My only quarrel is that sometimes it doesn't turn on when the tv turns on. Not sure if problem with the sensor on the soundbar or the TV itself. Though, if on the input for the soundbar, the Samsung TV asks to turn on. I don't have to get the soundbar to do it so it makes up for this flaw a little bit.

Very good sound and the wireless connection to the subwoofer is very stable. I have a playstation connected via hdmi in, and then connected to the Arc input on the tv. This allows proper sound output since the tv I own only has two hdmi connections. Sound from the tv (apps) and Roku are great, just needed some adjustment on the lip syncing to be spot on. Overall very happy.

The sounds is fantastic now I feel I am at the theater. This product is awesome and it was very easy to install . The Dolby Atmos feature is fabulous. Recommend 100% .

Poor remote design, no bass.

The remote is horrendous so we ended up returning it. You can't control the volume from the remote, forcing you to use your phone. This means during a movie or any other time, your phone must be with you. No thanks!

We have a lot of Samsung electronics including a TV (series 8 4k smart) so this sound system works great with it. Great sound quality and ease of use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one selling point was the Best Buy associate advised this has built in Alexa and infact it does not. It's capable of working with Alexa, but it's not built in. Samsung web site confirmed.
