    Returned first Samsung soundbar, and now will return the SECOND one due to same problem of crackling/booming of sound. Buying an upgrade, Polk soundbar..

    Currently having an issue that has not been resolved by Qeek Squad phone support. Doesn’t seem to be compatible with an I phone either

    The sound is "tinny" and no mater what I do, I can't get good quality sound. I have a Sony sound bar on another TV that has much better sound quality.

      Please check the connection between the Soundbar and other source devices, and try the following tips that may help improve the volume level.
      1. If the Soundbar is connected to a TV thru HDMI, make sure to use the HDMI-ARC jack on the TV and select “External speakers” as the TV sound output.
      2. Check the audio output format sent to the Soundbar. Typical options are PCM, Dolby Digital, and Bitstream. Select the option that optimizes the sound from your source.
      3. Change the SOUND MODE on the Soundbar using the Soundbar’s remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE. Select the appropriate mode for the individual room acoustics.
      4. Turn on Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the SOUND MODE button on the remote control while the Soundbar is in standby mode.

    Get the surround speakers

    I purchased this sound bar with the Samsung 55” TV and was disappointed with the sound I ordered the surround speakers and now I can hear everything.

    I should explain that I'm deaf in one ear so that probably affects my perception. But, thought it would give better sound than it did.

    I’ve purchased several sound bars in this price range. All of them make it difficult to hear clear voices over the surround sound.

      Have you tried selecting the Clear Voice sound mode for enhancement of vocal clarity?
      You can easily select the Clear Voice mode or any other preferred choice by pressing the Sound Mode button on your remote control, located just under the main button.

    Not easy to hook up the sub woolfer would not connect to wifi brought it back and bestbuy personnel could not hook up either

    Wish I had gotten the 4.1 but these are far and away better than built in speakers. Pricey for 3.1 but good speakers.
