Good sound for the money. Wish it had a better sub woofer and a way to add another woofer to it. Looks good on the tv stand. Overall, loving the soundbar.

Set-up was easy using the HDMI ARC connection. The center speakers produce excellent dialog. BUT>>> get the rear surround speakers. They change this unit entirely. It becomes a true surround experience rather than just "better sound than the TV speakers"

Returned first on purchased because Subwoofer didn’t work. The 3 speaker sound bar has good sound but is very weak on the bass. Bought on sale but not worth the difference in price from the 2.1 model.

Great Sound, we use this on our patio and it has not disappointed.

I need to first preface this review by saying that I am a loyal Samsung customer and I only purchase Samsung electronics as much as possible. I love the sound quality of this soundbar. I don't know what impresses me more whether it is the soundbar itself or the sub woofer. It makes the time taken to watch television or movies or sports so much more enjoyable. I just purchased this soundbar recently and my first thoughts were why did I wait so long to purchase this soundbar. Two suggestions for potential consumers: (1) be prepared to also purchase HDMI cable(s) depending on your other entertainment center components and (2) I strongly recommend the wireless rear speakers that are compatible with this soundbar. I don't have anything negative to say about this soundbar, but I would if I did.

I’m happy with my descision to buy the Samsung 3.1 soundbar. I was aiming toward a Sony or JBL, but with the better looking sub woofer and the longer length soundbar, I had to go with this one. The guys at Geek Squad helped me find the right one. The sub woofer isn’t as powerful as others but still does a great job. It’s bass when you actually need it. The mid to high levels are great. I wish the subwoofer put out more bass on lower levels because I’m using it in my bedroom. It packs enough punch for my liking and my space when it is turned up. It would be a great system for a living area too. The 3.1 has a strong metal mesh material around the entire soundbar which is a huge plus compared to the 2.1 that has a soft fragile material. This soundbar has different modes to best fit what youre watching. The clear mode helps to hear dialogue better and movie mode has rich deep sound, and with the subwoofer, I can hear sound effects I wouldn’t hear if I was just using my tv speakers. Music mode sounds great too. It’s a huge difference using this soundbar now. The lcd screen isn’t center on the soundbar but it can’t be with the 2 center speakers, which makes this one stand out from the 2.1 and other soundbars. It has clear crisp sound and it can get really loud. It’s like being at the cinema in my own bedroom. I may add the external speakers to get more surround sound and to increase sound effect levels. Easy setup. Bluetooth connectivity to my phone is flawless. It connects to the subwoofer via Bluetooth seemlessly. It has a very slick looking and comfortable remote that’s very responsive. I’m very pleased with my purchase and I would buy another one.

The system works well with my samgung tv. Set up and install was simple. Syncing to tv was easy as well. Bass is good for a medium size room, but I wish the voice range was a little louder. Also wish that there was a way to adjust individual levels

I purchased this as a open box and got a excellent deal. The sound quality is very good and it is worth the full price in my opinion. I added the wireless surround speakers to this which add a simulated surround sound. I’m happy with this purchase.

I bought this Samsung surround system. Extremely good except have to buy power cord. It was almost 40% less priced than the same display product. I simply like buying from Bestbuy. I was a huge fan of Amazon and eBay but since Bestbuy matches the price, so I always walk in the store and get the product of my choice. Staff is also very friendly.
