It adds SO much to the volume tone & sound quality not to mention the bass sound, wouldn't be without one now !

It is PERFECT for the sound quality when combined with the rear wireless speaker system. Simple connection - OPTICAL cable out from TV... Low power consumption in comparison. Great bass from the subwoofer. CONS: Getting sound to the rear speakers for balanced front/rear speaker sounds - less than nominal. However, this should not be a substitute for a higher end true 7.1 or even 5.1 system supporting DTS, Dolby Digital or higher quality sound protocols.
