Sub was not at all up to par, cannot even hear at full volume, second one same brand, same problem

We have this attached to a Samsung 4K tv. In a small room. And they all work well together. They quickly WiFi and recognize each other. And sounds way way better than just the tv alone. My son is happy with it.

It’s super easy to setup has a nice remote but I have been having issue where at some points it seems quieter than it should be. I got rid of my heavy cabled surround sound setup because of the messy wires but expected this to pump out more sound than it does. All that being said it’s an ok sound bar, will probably opt for something more substantial for my living room and move this one to the bedroom.

Wanted to wait until I’ve had it longer than a few hours to do an educated review. A year & a half later and I can say that this has been helpful for enhancing the sound from my Samsung TV. It does have moments where the sound “skips”. The connection on it has changed l as the HDMI connection doesn’t seem to catch anymore but that could be the One Connect box for the TV. In a nutshell the soundbar works and at this price point it’s about one of the better ones. Could it be better? OF COURSE.

One of the best sounding soundbars to have for my TV.

I bought this for my Samsung 4k and I added rear speakers for a 5.1 surround sound. The sound is great! no wifi but usb in, bluetooth and aux so with a $35 chrome audio I can add the wifi connection. very satisfied!

I tried both the 2.1 & the 3.1 and compared them. I chose the 3.1 because the sound was better. It had a bigger woofer and an extra speaker. It performed so well that I bought 2 of them. I would buy it again.

We loved the space requirements and the wireless Bass but we did nt get enough Bass out of the system when we tired to use the AUX port.

Easy to hook up. Connected easily. A great addition.

We looked for a sound bar that would be the most compatible with our Samsung 60" TV, so we focused on Samsung products. We also wanted to be able to stream bluetooth music through our living area. This soundbar had the right stats and appeared to be a good overall value. However, the sound quality was not as rich as expected and it was due to the subwoofer being weak. I went back and looked at the reviews afterward (duh) and found most people had the same experience. We returned it and bought the Sony HT - CT800 and love it

This soundbar has a mode that will brighten and clear voice in movies which helps tremendously with all the loud background sounds and music these days. Sound quality in all the various modes is fantastic!

Don’t know who we went all these years without this!

As the title says, I purchased an open box version of this product, so my experience is probably different than a New-In-Box item would be (at least I hope so). It came with no remote or mounting hardware. The remote wasn’t a dealbreaker at the time since it had most of the control buttons on the side and the TV it was hooking up to should be able to control the volume. Well, it turned out that none of the buttons on the unit actually worked. Which limited the functionality quite a bit, as in it couldn’t change source from D.in to anything else like Bluetooth or HDMI. By the time we discovered this everything was already hooked up so we decided to give it a chance, to see if it would be worth getting an actual remote for it. I don’t know if it was a quirk or this open box unit or a common issue, but the volume defaulted to 75 and when we lowered it (the TV remote did work the volume just fine), it would stay as we set it for a couple minutes (or sometimes less) then just jump back to 75, which is crazy loud. (The actual quality of the sound was good though) Also, the subwoofer just wasn’t very strong at all, especially for the higher listed specs than other models. This one I’ve seen other reviews and discussions mention, so I think this issue at least is across the board. :-/ Choosing no on the “would I recommend this to a friend” question based on the open box experience because it’s requires to answer, but not giving it bottom rankings in hopes that some of the problems we had wouldn’t be there in a new item

I gave this review a 2 star rating due to the remote and batteries were missing from the box and they are needed to complete setup. I went to the BestBuy store and they said I would need to order one and I would have to pay for it or I could contact Samsung for the remote. Needless to say, I most likely will purchase future products from another company than Bestbuy. I have bought my audio and video products from Bestbuy for years, so I expected better customer service especially since this purchase was a Christmas gift.
