This soundbar is plug and play with my samsung tv and adds a new dimension to the sound in my room. Very glad I purchased. On another note, I purchased the rear speakers as well and connecting them to the sound bar was a breeze as well.

I tried several soundbars including this one. Starting with the basic Vizio 2.1 which sounded great but not enough definition for me. This Samsung had a little more definition, but not much on the low end even after fiddling with the settings. Also tried a Sony 290. This Samsung was better. And the Samsung MS650 without a sub. Great sound, but really felt I would need a sub. Looks like I'll be keeping the Definitive Technology W Studio Micro for its amazing sound clarity and balance!

This Samsung soundbar is very easy to setup and sounds fantastic. I attached it to my Samsung 55" HDTV and it really pumps out the sound. Playing music through this using my AppleTV gives me an instant stereo in my room. Highly Recommended

Wanted a reasonably priced soundbar that had a seperate channel for voices. That is why I went with the 3.1. Sound bar has three speakers making voices more clear.

If you are trying to set up a budget friendly home theater system, this soundbar paired with matching wireless speakers will not let you down. Delivers a decent experience without going to a full fledged home theater costing thousands.

Compared to my old "home theater system", this sound bar is above par! Everything is crystal clear and having the ability to change the sub volume is key. Also, having the ability for wireless rear speakers was the main selling point for me!

Easy to install and sounds good, Hooked it up to my Samsung TV so one remote works both. Sound modes are easy to switch and makes listening to TV much better!

Movies at home have become AWESOME! The sound is crisp and the subwoofer gives you that movie theater feel right in your living room, my wife loves to connect to it with Bluetooth on her phone to listen to music throughout the house

Purchased this a little more than a month ago and am elated with my purchase. The sound is perfect for a 500 sq ft living room. Crisp highs from the soundbar and deep lows from the subwoofer. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this soundbar!

Very disappointed. First off, the optical hookup did not work, so we had to use HDMI cable. Then, the sound bar worked, but nothing came out of the woofer. Not even a vibration, and the blue lights showed it had paired with other equipment. We left it hooked up over the weekend, but no response whatsoever from the woofer. Sunday night, while sittin in the living room without our television on, the woofer began popping like firecrackers. We had to unplug it and tske it back.

This soundbar from Samsung was on sale and after a demonstration by the Best buy associate, I was sold on it, excellent sound for movies games and music. Fiber optic cable option + Bluetooth to play sound directly out of your smartphone!

Tested out the display model at best buy and it was love at first sight. The bar is loud and the bass box is super powerful. Great for movies on the big screen or simply connecting it via blutooth to the iPhone for music. A must buy.

Needed clear voice ,t v speakers are poor, many programs are too loud in background and very low in voice. This sound bar was a great improvement for me.

In my opinion, after listening to the sound of the Samsung 3.1 with the 7" Subwoofer in the store, I knew this product would fit my needs. Also, the price was right. Did not have to shell out hundreds of dollars for a great sound.

We bought this to replace an old surround sound system. It sounds good but the sub level isn't as strong as I'd like it to be. Overall we are satisfied.

Installed along with a new 65" Samsung TV. TV sits in an alcove in Family Room and location would muffle sound from TV speakers without a sound bar. This sound bar provides sound projection into room without it being absorbed by walls.

I have bought many home theater systems in a box. This sound bar competes with some of the high end home theater systems I have purchased in the past.

It’s an entry level system. If you’re looking for more power then spend extra money and get something else. Otherwise it does the job.

Wow! This system! It completely changes your perspective on television....this soundbar takes you inside of the movie or show you are watching. So many noises you never noticed....and the subwoofer packs a punch!

I really like the 3.1 channel soundbar with sub woofer. Dialogue is easily heard and separated from other sounds. I definitely recommend this soundbar.
