The best part about it for me is that it syncs together with my Samsung tv so there is no need to use 2 remotes

I would like to be able to customize the sound settings but overall the presets it comes with do help.

I was surprised to hear my tv's speaker sounded louder than the bar. For some reason the bar sounded louder at the store than at my house. It's great that it has extra speakers that can be added on. The bar should be louder than the tv to start off with and the extra speaker should be for the louder theater experience. It does have a thin slick look to it, which makes it good.
