Minimal volume, No solution

I am sorry to hear that you were still experiencing low volume after some adjustment,
Here are some tips that may help improve the volume level, if you have not tried:
1. If the Soundbar is connected to a TV thru HDMI, make sure to use the HDMI-ARC jack on the TV and select “External speakers” as the TV sound output.
2. Check the audio output format sent to the Soundbar. Typical options are PCM, Dolby Digital, and Bitstream. Select the option that optimizes the sound from your source.
3. Change the SOUND MODE on the Soundbar using the Soundbar’s remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE. Select the appropriate mode for the individual room acoustics.
4. Turn on Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the SOUND MODE button on the remote control while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
We also recommend users update the software to the latest version, so that the unit would keep up with improvements and compatibility enhancements. The software updates can be performed via the Multiroom App on your mobile device, or via manual download from Samsung.com/support

But twice it went to shop-1 and never could get it off to play again. By twice I mean I bought two and it happened to both. But Best Buy stepped up and replaced it twice. Also helped me by showing me another brand. I will keep shopping at Best Buy just for there customer service

I have placed a big screen TV into a corner of the living room on the wall and needed more sound and better quality. This is an improvement, don't get me wrong. Just not sure worthy of the 4+ star rating. Add that I bought an open box version with excellent condition and had to return it twice but Best Buy did replace with first quality.

Amazing sound bar for the money.
