A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

Difficult set up

Remote control is useless anytime Internet signel fluctuates I have to go through the set up again for sound system. Must use two remote controls one for sound and the other firms TV

Syncing/Pairing Issues

Apparently a known issue of this model is that sometimes it just won't pair, rendering the product unless. Had to return the next day.

No the best buy

The sound is just a little bit better than the TV speakers, but the Subwolf is really bad, you can hardly tell is on and working. I returned the product after a couple of days.

Wrong information

After I got the product home I discovered that it would not work with my tv. A competitor sells their sound bars with any type of cable that may be required.

Brought it back, waste of time!

I took thier word and purchased it. After setup I realized he gave us wrong information. My tv was actually louder than the sound bar and the subwoofer was not even audible. Shortly afterwards I disassembled and brought it back for a refund. Customer service did a great job on return, my only remaining complaint is the time that was wasted running wires through wall during setup, then making another trip , 2hour, round trip, for return. Unfortunately this cannot be compensated. So my advice to would be buyers, do not purchase!

Not as well designed as expected

Not so great for LG 4K Tvs

To correct sound-TV syncing: Use the "Sound Control" button on the remote control and select AUDIO SYNC. Use the < and > arrow buttons to set the audio delay between 0ms and 300ms.

Poor base
