    Cannot get the remote to work with it. Thought it was us but had a professional audio/video installer check it and he just shook his head and said "what a waste".

    Should have never bought this now having the same Audi issues everyone commented on. Voices don't coincide with lips. Terrible.

      A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

    I have a Samsung television and this was incredibly easy to set up. I am not tech savvy and I had it all up und running within 10 minutes of getting it all out of the box. I really like how the sound at and subwoofer wirelessly connected to my tv. I will admit that I am not a guy all that in to high quality sound and probably could not tell the difference between two good products. But for me, the sound is great. I have a 2600 single story home with an open floor plan and this thing can easily fill the whole house with quality sound if I want it to. Plus it is sleek looking. The biggest drawback is it does have some issues when connecting to my phone via blue tooth. You have to keep the phone in the same room as the sound at and not really move it around much otherwise the sound skips. This is not a big deal for me, but it may be for you. If you like to walk around with your phone while using the speaker then this is def not the soundbar you.
