I like it. Sound bar sound so good. Love it so far

I bought it as a gift for my fiance and he loved it! I did some research about various products and also had some help from the staff. Even though it was an out of the box product, it still worked just like new. It's a great addition to our living room.

I like the volume on this sound bar, but the BT isn't all that great considering that sometimes I'll be in the same room and have connectivity issues (not related t streaming issues) with the soundbar. It plays well overall though. The sound is great

Good usable features, easy set up and nice sounds.

I replaced my LG 5.1 system with this Samsung system as I was tired of the wires. I moved to a smaller place and wanted to downsize my system. Being that it's a 3.1 vs a 5.1 the surround system seems non existent, but overall the sound is OK. Most of my viewing is cable TV, so not expecting great sound separation.

I bought this bar and sub woofer because it was affordable and it was recommended to me. For the price, I cannot imagine there being a better setup! Well worth the money.

Very easy to install & operate..great sound & look

I purchased a new tv and due to the size it was recommended that I get a soundbar along with it. Stayed with the same brand of tv and purchased a Samsung soundbar system. So happy I got it. My mother-in-law is hard of hearing, she loves being able to clearly understand everything for the first time in years!

great sound blew me away especially for the price.

Setup consists of connecting a power cord and pairing with a Samsung TV. You can also use optical or Bluetooth connections. Sounds great. The bass thumps and rumbles. The wireless back-speakers are a nice addition if you're looking for 5.1 surround. I haven't mounted it yet, but seems like it will be easy.

I have purchased 2 other sound bars to try to improve on the voice sounds. Neither of those offered customizable sound choices like this one does. This has 6 selectable sound choices which does help in understanding the speaking. This sound bar overall is very good and my wife and I are satisfied with its performance.

Originally bought one of the lower priced models. Although the sound on that model was good, it wasn't as rich as i had hoped. After a few days, I decided to return that first model and trade up to this model. I was very happy with this and with the return process. Sound is rich even at the upper volumes.

Great sound and fits nice --- would purchase again

In the store this thing sounded awesome! Blew me away! Got it home, not so much! I think I will have to purchase the surround sound kit to get the sound I heard in the store. I will need to follow up on this to see if I would recommend it to a friend!

We were in the store looking to replace our Sony wired home theatre system. The Best Buy Associate was wonderful. He showed us several options and we decided, after the in store demo, to purchase this. We are so happy we did! It is very user friendly and we love the sound quality and the lack of wires!!!!

The only thing I wish for this sound bar is that my new TV remote would work on it as well but it does not I still have to use a separate remote even though my TV is set where are you can hook up sound bars to it and your remote work as well even though this is a 2016 model it would not hook up for the remote

Not the same sound as experienced in the store set up. Hooked up the Samsung blu-tooth surround sound speakers and the sound is so weak that you can't even tell they are working ... the only reason I have not returned the additional speakers is because I just don't have the time and hate returning merchandise!!
