Disappointed with 360 radiant speakers

Then, after three trips by the geek squad the speakers still not working . . . . we get echo from them and voice is delayed. I got rid of all my other equipment for this system. Truly, disappointed! Will have to live with this problem. Best buy can't fix it.

Multiroom function doesn't work/Terrible Support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this with the Samsung UN49KU7000FXZA TV and two Radiant 360 speakers specifically for the Multiroom surround sound function. When it works, it works fairly well, except the satellite speakers are too loud even though their volume is all the way down and the soundbar volume is all the way up. But that is WHEN it works. The TV will often randomly disconnect from the soundbar and speakers. It is even worse when I try to use the soundbar without the satellite speakers. They are on a 802.11 ac network with the router in the same room. It disconnects in the middle of shows/movies and many times it won't connect at all. I would give it three stars, but when I called the support didn't even know what the Multiroom was and said I can't connect by WiFi. Would really love to have the $1500 worth of media equipment work like it's supposed to. This is the reason why I usually stick with Apple devices.

Ok soundbar

Was hoping to use it with the Samsung wireless room speakers but after hearing them I decided just to take it all back and upgrade to something a little more expensive with more bang for my buck.

The digital menu on the sound bar worked for a while and then quit. Have to ship the sound bar to N.J. for repair. Hope it comes back fixed. Best Return policy stinks. 15 days only, even though their website say special considerations for defective equipment. I bought the bar on June 1 and have to deal directly with Samsung. Best Buy refused to exchange the equipment. Not getting my business in the future. Also, the multiroom functionality is not on all televisions made by Samsung, therefore I had to hardwire to connect sound bar to TV. Ensure that you have mutiroom on the tv to connect seamlessly.

Great sound in store, but Terrible sound at Home..

Purchased it and hooked it up to my Samsung TV...., but it wouldn’t work..... After several attempts, I returned it to Best Buy...... I exchanged it for another...Got it home connected it and the sound wasn’t anything like I heard in the store..... I’m sure the store had power boosters connected.... I returned it and purchased a Bose Sound Bar from a different Retailer, with better sound and about $300.00 cheaper.....
