I am very sorry that you are unable to use your Samsung HW-T650 Soundbar with the Samsung 75" Class Q80T without studdering and juddering on the TV. Studdering and juddering issues are usually associated with image issues on the TV.
However, it may be a connection issue with your soundbar. Make sure your cable connections to your TV and soundbar are secure, not loose. We recommend you use a high-speed HDMI cable and set to Pass Through.
