The box was empty

I ordered a usb cable for my galaxy s20, the cable box was empty and very old, obviously someone had returned it. In the store they did not want to return it because it had been 3 weeks.

I had to make another trip to BB to return the cable which I should not have been told to purchase in the first place.

When I contacted them, I asked them to send a charger that would fit this cord as the cord worked with my phone but not charger. They send a cord and charger that do not fir my phone nor does it work with the cord they previously sent. I am using my laptop because my phone is not usable due to the bungling and misinformation from Best Buy.
