not bad adapter but I purchased the one cord. so I'm unable to give a true review.

Great product but the cord is too short. Would be wonderful at 5' minimum.

I love best buy but my last purchase disappointed me a little. I ordered a usb cable for my galaxy s20, the cable box was empty and very old, obviously someone had returned it. In the store they did not want to return it because it had been 3 weeks.

It was fine, it just didnt suit my needs! What is the process for return?

I am happy that the charging device cords were changed to this USB C to USB C. Then what about the USB A that our newer vehicles have or other items. I believe it is because you want us to purchase all new things. The Mophie's then don't work with the cords.

Still working even though these items does not last long

After being told this cable was exactly what I needed, it indeed was NOT. I had to make another trip to BB to return the cable which I should not have been told to purchase in the first place.

Contrary to the description provided by Best Buy, this cord does not fit my Samsung charger. When I contacted them, I asked them to send a charger that would fit this cord as the cord worked with my phone but not charger. They send a cord and charger that do not fir my phone nor does it work with the cord they previously sent. I am using my laptop because my phone is not usable due to the bungling and misinformation from Best Buy.

it didnt work . i neede a fat suded usb to a usb -c cable. i need to send it back but i think the time frame has probably expired. so im stuck with some thing i dont need.

Best Buy needs to look into reducing waste when it comes to shipping products. I got a giant box with this cord in it. The box was broken so I was surprised I even got it

Too short and not very high quality cord, didn't have the combined base and cord combo in stock

Received this purchase today. It will not charge my Galaxy S9+. The 3 inch cable in the pkg will but this will not.

These arent the quality i was hoping for. Considered returning but for price i paid seemed hardly worth effort.

This didn't last long at all, maybe 3 weeks at the most. I'm guessing I will be better off buying a charging dock

incorrect product. I needed a charger for my phone. this is not a charger but a double C port cord for god knows why.who the heck needs two Cports that go nowhere? I ordered a phone charger for my Samsung galaxy a50 ,not this. I am thoroughly disappointed that it isn't what I needed and the delivery person couldn't bother to let me sleep in.
