We made an appointment to have the cooktop installed and the granite cut. When he got there he said he didn’t have the tools with him. When we called the company they said they don’t cut granite. We had to get a company to cut the granite and another company to install it

Because the knobs are on the front of the stove top, this limits the burner space and you cannot put 2 pans on the burners at the same time. I am 100% I will take this back to Best Buy. My old stove top had the knobs on the side of the stove which gave me full use of all 4 burners. This was designed poorly!!!

It’s a challenge to lift up and clean burners. Also around burned changed colors too fast due to cleaning. Cooktop works well, but the burner grates and around the burners age way too fast making it looked aged.
