The blue lights to show the burner is on is fantastic and the BTUs make cooking a quick and easy chore. I also love the bluetooth connection to the range which turn on the exhaust as soon as the burner is lit. Amazing product!!

We like the LED lights . (it is easy to see that a burner is on) Have not tried the griddle yet but it looks to be of good quality and we are anxious to give it a try.

Heavy duty cook top

Central burner is getting a lot of stir fry use. Upgrade has made home cooking more of a pleasure while trapped at home.

The face deck and knobs heat so bad that you need gloves to turn it back off. Best Buy warranty has been worthless and behind unresponsive. We had 3 technicians inspected alteady and they acknowledge the heat and all cosmetic damages related to the heat, but states that as long as the unit turns on and off, there is nothing they can do. Very dissapointed. Run away from Samsung kitchen appliances and good luck with Best Buy and their warranty services.

Gas cooking to replace electric, a great move!

Installation went well. It looks nice. Grates are heavy and if you drag them into place you get scratches. I have no idea how a scratch got on the interior surface, but it did. Would recommend with reservations.
