Horrible issues

not worth it!

Don’t by samsung electric cooktop

It has not been working well as the machine turns itself off randomly during normal cooking and the temperature would change by itself and i have a video that proves that. I called samsung and told them that’s a security issue and they don’t care if my house have a fire.samsung don’t want to change the cooktop for another model.This is the quality of Samsung, surprised?

Cooktop is slow to heat. Touch pad locks up.

Awful controls

You had to move the touch control multiple times to get it to high, and the magnetic knob was very similar. Too easy to mistakenly turn.

Bad product
