You have to open both sides to put things in and get things out, freezer in bottom is deep but organization is difficult, we do utilize the top drawer in freezer and ice box, very easy access

Not good quality

Horrible experience

The process was horrible! After 4 weeks of going back and forth on delivery, I finally canceled the purchase. In addition, I was refunded the money on the refrigerator. Still, I have not been refunded on the delivery charge or water kit as their system shows the product is still "out for delivery." This was a considerable inconvenience all around and disappointment from a big box retailer like Best Buy.

Samsung - 22 cu ft 3-door French door smart refrig

There is no door handle, lots of finger prints and smudge is left on the doors. Its a hassle having to clean up the smudge on the door every now and then

NOT a very storage friendly

Never in my life had a purchase like this

The Best Buy installers were little more than delivery men. I had to hook up the water line myself. They told me they were not allowed to touch plastic lines and their ($39.99) stainless steel water line was too short to use. I still need to take it back. The water dispenser worked briefly. Three weeks and three repair visits later, it worked for one day and I have to call them back. May just tell them to come and get it.

Samsung 22cf fridge

Do not purchase this refrigerator

It's flashy and nice. The first refrigerator that was delivered and installed did not cool, and freezer didn't freeze. I called Best Buy and Samsung and they tried everything to troubleshoot it. The water dispenser worked on this one. I did a swap for the same Samsung and model number. The second was installed, this time it cooled very nice. The problem, on the second refrigerator, the water dispenser did not work. I had it with Samsung appliances. I went in and returned the Samsung and exchanged for an LG.

Don’t waste you time or money

New fridge came this morning, also doesn’t work and had a dent. When I purchased, there were no reviews yet, now plenty all with the same issue. Lady on the phone had a horrible attitude, $2k fridge and it’s going back! Disappointed to say the least.
