    Bought this Fridge thinking it was the best deal for my space and money and here i am 7 months in and already having problems. Yes the water dispenser went once or twice, freezer stopped freezing and fridge not holding temp. List food and at these prices Samsung didn’t even to offer reimbursement. SAD! Yes they are willing to give me a replacement because parts are on back order. Been without a unit for over a month and barely git on replacement paperwork to get a new one. Stay away from this unit.

    Freezer/icemaker issue

    We have exchanged this model twice for issues with the freezer. It ran -8 to -20 when set at 0. Repair person came out at 1week and offered to order parts or exchange for a new one. New refrigerator exchanged and did the same thing. We discovered when the ice maker was OFF it ran -8 to 0 (set at 3 degrees) When it was ON the temps were -15 and below. The reviews revealed problems with the ice maker frequently. We are exchanging for a different brand. We loved the refrigerator overall size and the placement and depth of shelves.

    arrival- Drivers didn't balance, spent 3 hours trying to get it to work, muliple Best Buy agent phone calls. Requested someone to come look at it and they said it would take 3 days!!!!! Finally got someone the next day to tell us it's defected, also it took a week to get it delivered. went to best Best Buy to get a refund and they said they couldn't pick up fridge for 2 days, nope I said next day as I was going to home depot. They said they would give me a 40.00 gift card for inconvenience that I've yet to receive. Iv'e bought multiple appliances from Best Buy, NEVER again!!!!!

    NO Handle Fridge

    The only thing i do NOT like is there are NO handles on the refrigerator. You have to reach up top of the door to open the doors and they get prints all over the doors havening to close them with NO handles. Very poor design being fingerprints show up.
