It’s so time consuming to have to wait to clean it because it’s gets so hot. Everything melts onto the glass. I absolutely hate it and glad I replaced it for induction

I was very disappointed because even though we called several times for an ETA we never got one.

Like the black color, nice and shiny and goes very well with the decor of my kitchen. This range replaced a very outdated range that was already installed in my apartment by the management. I like keeping up with new technology and this range has it. Also this is my first time ever having an electric range instead of the standard gas range which is an interesting new experience. I actually find the cooking top of this range easier to keep clean than the gas range. Plus it looks so good with the decor of my kitchen. I'm very happy that I bought this range.

This thing can cause a fire!

It gets so hot if I touch anywhere when the stove is on I get burned. Second, the front burners don't even have the same scale or range of numbers on the dials to set temp. My mistake thinking a 4 on back burner is the same as 4 on a front burner.

During and after use, do not touch or let clothing or other flammable materials contact the surface units or areas near the units until they have had sufficient time to cool. Please check this link to your user manual for details. Turn to page 14, "GLASS/CERAMIC COOKING SURFACES. " Also, please go to pages 23 to 24 for your range burners, "Location of the radiant surface elements and controls. "
