    Nice looking range but not Best Buy service

    Currently it’s 3⭐️s because it looks very nice but it’s not working since the wrong chord was sent with the delivery/installation team so I wasn’t able to get it connected. We had three appliances that were supposed to be delivered AND installed and only the fridge was “installed” al thought they didn’t have the correct fittings for the water line but at least it was plugged in. The guys were very friendly and nice enough to let us know in advance of the issues but this still doesn’t speak well of Best Buy’s and all other box stores that have outsourced their delivery/installation services to third parties. They aren’t given the correct equipment and are not able to resolve the issue immediately like they used to. We always purchase our appliances from Best Buy but if this is the type of service we will be getting from now on I rather look at other options since I will still have to hire a professional to finish the job.

    Frequently takes 45+ seconds for the screen to turn on. Capacative buttons are both too sensive and not sensitlve enough; changes by accident often, can't change back when needed. Then the electronics comptely fail after four months, now I can't cook anything.

    Buyer beware

    I'll preface this by saying I bought this item open box from the BestBuy outlet. After reading reviews of the product, I was initially a little nervous about the quality, but I took a chance anyway. On the day of the delivery, it seemed to work fine. We did the oven heat-up procedure to clean the chemicals out and tested the stove, and both seemed to be working fine. The next morning I noticed an error code on the stove. I push the button to get it to preheat, it tries for about 3 minutes and the error code pops up again. Folks, honestly, I don't even care what the error code is, come get it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I sure am glad it happened soon enough to return it.

    Actually, the range came defective. We hook it up and unfortunately, it did not power up. We did ask for a replacement and still waiting for it to get delivered. Keeping fingers crossed.
