    Worst appliance I have ever owned. Worked great for the first year then shortly after one year when the warranty had expired it continually beeped and the oven won’t turn on. Replaced the main control board, display module and temperature sensor. Still beeps and oven won’t stay on. No error codes displayed and Wi-Fi app says it’s fine.

    I purchased this stove less than a year and a half ago, and it's already having major issues. Several of the buttons have stopped working entirely and the oven settings are randomly turning themselves off and on without any input. The unit only comes with a standard 12 month warranty (which is apparently as long as it will work properly) and I am left covering the cost of repair. If you're considering this stove, you better factor in potential repair bills not long after your purchase. I expected better durability and customer support from this brand.

    Besy Buy/ Geek squad service.

    Bought this range along with bestbuys Geek Squad protection. The stove is a lemon. We recently start smelling gas and called bestbuys for service and thats when everything went crazy. They came out and said there was no leak and to call gas company, they came out and confirmed the leak was with the appliance and i'm still waiting for it to be corrected. I haven't had the use of my stove for 3wks now. I'm questioning the geek squad reputation.

    Buy from any other company. The product appears good based on google, but Best Buy is the shadiest company to buy from. Their customer service team is trained well to ignore the customer. They will robot you i to insanity.

    i got fired from my job because i wasn't on task

    my boss fired my for using up all the ink in the printer. Like bro i was just trying to print some funny pictures and give them to him then he said i never pay attention to anything he says and that i'm always immature and something else but i wasn't really listening to him because he's dumb and not cool like me\ then my wife left me because i never listen to her idk why so yea
