I love my stove but was disappointed that it didn't come with a air fryer basket since it is capable of air frying and it was the first option I used.

I like my new stove except it has air fry and there’s no mention about it in the books that came with the stove so I don’t know how to use it

Beautiful appliance. We had to return the first one because it came damaged in shipping but the process was easy and painless. Love my new stove. Would recommend though getting a user guide because some features are a little advanced.

Love this range but I was told that the air basket inside the range oven came with it. I didn't receive one very disappointed. If the basket doesn't come with the range it should be removed or there should be a sign on the range saying basket not included

This is an excellent unit and the sales staff is very helpful and the process to order is simple and quick. the delivery is quick and the set up is fast and the team provide a quick demonstration of the key function and answered all our questions.

Great stove, exactly as measured. The large burner flickers a little bit when on lowest setting but I think that is my gas, not the oven.

Great product! Really sleek and nice in my kitchen. Very easy to use and very modern from my old stove.

Well made range, and the controls for all the features are not overly complicated. Only complaint is that the burner cover for the center "griddle" burner does not have the same finish as the other four. The griddle burner stains more easily, and is more difficult to clean as a result.

I love my stove. It replaced so many small appliances. We cook at home because I can cook enough for everyone at once. It heats up so fast.

I don't do a lot of cooking and have not tried out all of the offering on the stove, but so far so good. I like the idea of setting my baking time, because I have over cooked a lot of things in the pass because I did not have this featurel.

I really like higth of the burners, I have not used the dehydrator yet, the the convection part and air fryer works well

I cannot say for sure what this range is like as I have not received it yet. What I can say, is although we did get a nice store-matching price, the service has been subpar and irresponsible: our delivery date was changed without even asking us, only informing us on the day before our scheduled delivery; at which time mind you, we were expecting an email with the four-hour window. So, I called the Geek Squad and waited 15 minutes on hold, only to reach India with a connection that only allowed every fifth word to be transmitted. So, I had to call back - again. This time, the agent used the familiar, "I know how you feel" line to placate our displeasure, without even offering a genuine reason for abandoning our scheduled appointment. I asked for an explanation. However, instead of receiving a reasonable answer from a reasonable customer service agent, I received scripted lines that had little to no merit. We are fair people: if you were to call and say, "Hey, we ran into a scheduling conflict, could we reschedule you for..." We would surely understand and graciously reschedule our installation. But not a phone call, not a text message, only an email arriving on the day before the delivery, causing us not only to reschedule but take another day to sit around and wait, announced the change of dates.

It's a beautiful stove and the deal I got for it was amazing. I guess you have to get used to the time it takes to ignite the burners.

Love my new stove and the new technology. I can't wait to use some of the new features.

Beautiful. I love the way it cooks and cleans up easily. I recommend putting lining over the surface helps alot so it doesn't get spots on the range. I managed to change the orfices on mu own. Don't know how I achieved but I did.
