Return and replacement from Best Buy was quick/simple/painless. All else is good about this oven. However, the "beep" sounds is ridiculous. Its not a simple "beep", its a long series of different sounding beeps that is not appealing to hear. I wish these advanced, "smart", devices had a setting of Off/normal Beep/ridiculous long series sounding "beep". Also wish there was audio levels of the beep.
