    I would have rated this higher, but part of the reason we bought this was for the air fry capability, and this unit does not come with the air fry tray that Samsung says is necessary, Best Buy does not carry that tray, and Samsung does not seem to sell it separately...

    Dont get black

    Had to give it 3 stars only because I got the Black model and every time I cook you see every little splatter of grease on it. Plus when they "installed it" they just pushed it in and didnt level it.

    Gas Range not installed properly

    Recieved my range on the 24th and my family began feeling dizzy, nauseated and sleepy. We began having slurred speech. Called Geek Squad and was told to contact the gas company. Luckily they came out within an hour. The gas rep indicted both connections were NOT connected correctly and we had a significant GAS LEAK! My mother is currently on hospice and on continual oxygen which could have been ignited at any moment. BestBuy has diffiently loss any further business ror installation items. Buyer BEWARE!

    Bought this November of 2022. The stove top works just fine. The oven does not keep temperature, it never has from the day it was delivered. It's out of warranty. I should have contacted samsung while it was under warranty. I think samsung should do the right thing and fix this problem.

    Great replacement

    I am so impressed with this gas range! The No-Preheat Air Fry feature is a total game-changer for busy weeknights—it gets food crispy without the wait. The Convection oven cooks everything so much more evenly than my old traditional stove, especially when baking multiple racks of cookies. The 6.0 cu. ft. capacity is huge, and the stovetop burners have a great range of power, from a very low simmer to a quick boil. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your cooking game!"

    I do not like the way my stove self cleans. It left the window very streaked! It did not do a good job of self cleaning

    Circuit board failure, poor warranty

    worked for 1 year. issue exactly one month after warranty expired. CF-2 error code. when restarted No display. circuit board tripped. Samsung said your warranty expired and has to contact local service support for paid service and repairs
