    I was hoping I didn’t have to write a poor review. I received our oven today and the installers barely spoke any English and had to trust they knew what they were doing. They didn’t test the oven to make sure it worked other than us checking the burners which worked. I was excited to try the oven for dinner to find the bake option looked as though it was working but it wasn’t and the word test would pop up then tried the air fryer option again the display appeared as working but it wasn’t actually working and the word test would pop up on the display. Upon researching the Samsung online manual suggested to turn the circuit off and will reset. We did this and no positive result. I called Best Buy support and told it would be 3-5 days for a replacement! Really I have to be out of a working oven for up to a week and I don’t trust getting a non speaking English installer to know how to fix the issue or install a new one that I may look at returning the oven and go elsewhere

    Good oven

    Double oven doesnt have two completely separate doors ao if using both you have to open top to get to bottom. Otherwise its a good oven.

    New stove

    I have this stove for about 3 months - very limited instructions were provided about usage. I am still trying to find the way around - the size of burners are not practical for me, I don't know how to clean the spots on burner properly, the spots are still visible. The top oven doesn't seem to function as an oven, more like a broiler because of the open flame. When I baked a pie, the top of the pie was burnt, the bottom unbaked. The bottom oven is small and when I take the divider out, I still have only two racks for use. One more rack would be helpful. Neither one of them is possible to pull out on rollers as I was used to do with my old Maytag double oven. Maybe, it's just a habit, but I was happier with my old stove. I would appreciate more instructions on what to ideally bake where and how. It doesn't feel like two ovens stove, it feels more like an oven and broiler.

    Too complicated for me, but I am old.

    I am giving this one star simply because I am too old to figure out how to work it (I am 63). I read the manual twice, took notes and still can’t figure out how to use the oven. I use the cooktop but got a toaster oven so I could bake. If you are good at figuring out this stuff it sounds like it would be a wonderful stove. Just not for me :-(
