Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So one Hour after receiving my new range the stove blow an error code C-21 meaning overheating. The driver told me turn the oven on to 400° for one hour to burn the excess stuff off from being shipped. Well it never heated up to 400. I got a 336 and blew the overheating code.I tried several times unplugging it each time because that was the only to turn it off. So I called Samsung and I called Best Buy which all directed to other countries which made it difficult to explain the problem and heightened my stress level. They told me I needed a new stove! that’s an hour and a half into my new stove being delivered!!! Talk about disappointed! when I ordered the new stove now they’re telling me it can’t be delivered until Friday, November 24 which is a day after Thanksgiving I now have no way to cook my Thanksgiving dinner!! And I am now going to cancel the order for this stove and get a more dependable brand… probably will have less bells and whistles, but at least it will work properly! What a nightmare!

Deliver was great, timely and complete. Reminder about a gas range, if house was not recently built the gas outlet line behind range may be too high, coming out of the wall. Ours we have be lower to get range back against the wall properly.
