My wife likes it, she loves the built in air fryer. The only thing missing is the ability to have the "keep warm" setting only on one side of the flex duo. The Smartthings software it connects to poor as well.

My only request would be having a hardcopy manual like in the old days! That said, it’s only been a month owning the oven.

I love the 2 ovens, can bake several things at once

It is great having the dual and full over in the same unit. Burners fit my pots and heat things quickly. Center grill heats evenly making it easy to cook on.

Had an electric stove and went to this gas stove and it’s definitely the best purchase I’ve done for my house. The split ovens comes in soo handy

Love my new stove. I like that i can use my phone to keep track of my oven,time,temperature. Over turns itself off so don't have to worry about Over baking.

Horrible! Sad to say we went with Samsung as we have always been happy with them & no problems. This one, We have been without stove/oven for a month. Ordered this one, had to wait almost 2 wks. We picked it up had it installed, as usual you have to pay for that. Installer couldn't get oven to work after working on it for almost 3 hrs. I called Samsung tech support spent over 2 hrs. on phone with them still didn't work. They are now refunding me my money & having Best Buy contact me to either receive a gift card which I paid by check for this or a new one. It will take 3-5 business days for Best Buy to call me & then another 2-3 weeks to get the stove in. Keep in mind in 5 days it will be November 1st. There goes my holidays for cooking as is they already won't help out with pay back on how I'm to eat as that is your main way of eating. I seldom eat out & I'm 25 mins. from food establishments.

I gave this oven a 2 star because a big feature for it is the duo oven temperature. What isn't advertised is that by using the duo feature it throws the heat and cooking times off for everything you cook. We had a service technician come out from Best Buy and he literally told us that the duo feature was not meant to be reliable for regulated temperatures or cooking times. We disabled the duo feature, and as a regular oven it does a great job. Would I buy it again absolute NO! Save your money, and buy a single oven unit.

I've only had it for a month but no problems thus far! Love the look of it, everything's working great, and installation was smooth and professionally done.

This is an excellent range. Tip: preheat the oven before putting food in as it is heated by direct flame which may scorch the food if you put it in early.

Love, love my new gas range. I love having the double-oven/single oven flexibility. Only drawback...small pans do not sit well on the gas grates.

The stove performs very well on daily cooking. We are still exploring the stoves features.

So far the stove works great. The storage at the bottom could be a touch bigger. The oven heats up quickly and seems to keep a correct temp. Wife has wanted one of the dual ranges for awhile and this one looked good.

The ranger is excellent fast and good only thing I notice is while cooking the big vessels cannot accommodate the area of cooking

Initial feel is cheap. The top flexes, I have to think twice before putting sheet on top to knead dough it feels like it might break or bend. The grates are too far apart and flimsy. You cannot place any small pot,pan,bowl on it or it will tip over. The dual oven is a nice novelty but does not work, even with heat settings lower than needed it will burn. No easy way to turn off the annoying timer before it sounds. The interface can be confusing at first but just very annoying after a few months. I got rid of a perfectly good stove because I thought the dual oven would fit my needs better. I made a mistake. The only thing good is it looks nice but is not as functional as they say it is.
