My okd was quiet and couldbt be heard, but this one is nice and loud. And it even sends notifications to your phone when its ready. And i get the notifications through my smart watch. They should have made it with something more scratch resistant… that is very disappointing.. however the stove works great!!

Also there are spots I can't remove after the first time of using each burner. I don't know what they are there. I've tried a cook top cleaner but that didn't get rid of them.
