Awesome love our new stove with air fry . It heats up fast .

This is a great stove with convection, wifi, and airfry options. It also can with a griddle.

As with everything, year after year quality suffers. While this oven/range is so far so good it's not the most intuitive to use, ( you have to go online and down load the user manual) the glass top is more difficult to clean than my last range. If I get 10 years from this oven then I'll be happy.***However, I will say when purchasing I did receive very good customer service***

Very reliable range. The oven works great. Easy to use and clean. We are happy with this product.

Everything works as advertised. Buttons and knobs are a little hard to see and use is my only complaint.

I got a 100.00 Best Buy card because we saw damage on the back. Today we found a bend on the stove door. Not happy with ceramic top as after 3 weeks we have scratches around D the primary burner. Also, very frustrated that I had to go look on various Samsung websites to fing a manual showing information on the various options and selection. This in should be included at at the least mentioned in the limited manuals included. It performs well, after getting it going.

Upgraded all appliances last year and this stove is a major upgrade. It connects to Samsung smart things app and can control and get notifications from your mobile devices. Lots of space with the way the burners are setup and efficient cooking.

I'm giving this stove 4 Stars only to draw attention, the stove itself is fantastic. The hotplate that comes with the stove is a little unpractical. There is no way to lock it in place and the entire plate gets hot while using it (Duh). If it slides as you're trying to flip something and you without thinking grab it you're going to get burned and potentially lose what you were cooking on it. Again, other than that this stove is awesome, my husband loves the air fry option.

Have had this stove about a month and it seems to function very well. I am not used to the glass surface but it seems to be holding up okay, The griddle and other features work well. Overall no problems.

Great oven and we love the features, but I have to say I wish I had gone with the more standard top. I thought the griddle feature would be convenient, but it’s more of a novelty than anything else. I guess it all depends on your cooking habits, but I wish I had gotten a regular burner arrangement as opposed to the two small burners with the griddle.

Definitely a nice stove..love the griddle and the air fryer...haven't tried the convection cooking yet but will post when i do...bakes fast and even..the voice control could use a few more options but i get the safety aspect..over all good stove..ordered in store and picked it up 3 days later...also received $160 back 2 weeks later because it went on sale....i would recommend

A stove that I can pre-warm via my Samsung smartphone is a game changer. The air fryer and griddle capabilities has afforded me the opportunity to get rid of portable devices. This oven will be the greatest thing to happen to the roasting turkey.

So far we enjoy the new range but, we have not had a chance to use all of the features. The only issues I have had was that it did not come with a user's manual. I had to go online and print one. The other is that the grill is not totally non stick. I have tried butter and nonstick spray and there are places where the food still sticks. I am hope it will get better as it seasons.
