Positives are the WiFi connection, two "fast boil" burners and easy to use controls. The negative is the shiny black glass top shows every smudge, drip or fingerprint. It's a constant battle to keep it looking nice.

Love my appliances they look beautiful they run great they delivered in a really short time. Service was very good for installation.

Oven was delivered on time. It bakes much more efficiently than my old oven. The rapid boil is wonderful. I make alot of ice tea in summer using that. It has stainless and black so blends in with my black frig and dishwasher perfectly. The oven is large so I am able to cook large dishes just tje same as my walled double ovens. Love it

I absolutely love this stove. Our last stove died and we were looking for a similarly priced model, but this one comes with so much more. The oven is a lot bigger, the flat top stove is larger due to a smaller beveled edge and it is overall just easier to use. Samsung overdoes it on the alert sounds for all their appliances, but it’s worth overlooking.

So far, I cannot say anything good. I got the stove on Monday, today is Wednesday, first time I used it, I cooked pasta and the burner scratched, not sure how, and bubbled. I sat my stainless steel pot on the burner, did not move it, the bottoms of my pans are smooth, lifted it straight up, sat the pot on the counter and the scratch was there. I'm an avid cook, love to cook from scratch. Not sure this stove would have survived a homemade meal if it can't boil water and cook pasta without being damaged. The other burner I put a small stainless pan on, threw in some butter, garlic, oregano, tossed in some grilled chicken I'd made Monday out on the grill and had it on low just to get everything warmed enough for the chicken fettuccine, I made myself. Turned the burner off poured the contents into my spaghetti bowl put the pan in the sink. I look at my stove and under the surface it looks like there are bubbles. I've had flat tops before, I've used these same pans on them and they did not scratch. I even used my cast iron on them and no damage at all. I know not to move the pan, move the food inside the pan or pot. That's what I did but either this is a very cheap made stove or I got a very defective one. CS offered me a small gift card if I would just keep it, umm no. I upgraded all of appliances to stainless and I don't want a peeling tacky looking stove as my center piece!!! This better be made right and have a guarantee it won't happen when this is replaced or I'll keep sending them back.

Perfect size and in love with the flat top style. Love that it connects to bluetooth and sends recipe ideas to your phone Has self clean options amd heats up pretty fast no preheat needed

We really enjoy this oven, although the setup was a little longer than expected. We installed ourselves, and did not realize it needed a separate electric cord that was not included. So far it has worked great and we are happy with it!
