Love range, misled by best buy

Website shows it coming with a griddle top. There was even a video showing it. The floor model even had one in the oven like it came with it. Was also told it came with a bottle of the cleaner for stovetop. I got neither and was told this model didn’t come with them. Then why have it on the display and on the product page?
